This main building attached to former Mold Depot and yard - April 2020
It has had many uses and it seems at one time was an old granary served by a railway siding.

The groundfloor of the buiding had been a small fabrication/welding business in late 70s,
prior to that I've read it was once Mold UDC Joiners workshop, parking for bin wagons and a even a mortuary (confirmed by local ex-undertaker).
