The Silver Jubilee Bridge

Work on the old bridge and the new one. Work on the old, Silver jubilee bridge,
is very slow indeed as it should have re-opened after 12 months but could now be another 12 at least.
Sand blasting continues inside this "tent" on the Runcorn side. (Uninterrupted maintenance started in 2017.)
